Abstract
|

|
Xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis is an uncommon entity of chronic renal infection, characterized by extensive destruction of renal parenchyma and presence of foamy histio-cytes and massive inflammatory cells.
Herein I report a case of xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis in 25 year-old female with review of literature.
